What is the season for Cruising in Raja Ampat?
Because Raja Ampat sits on the equator, it has a consistent tropical climate and likely to be the same year-round. While the period between October through April is considered the best cruising season for raja Ampat because of the most favorable wind conditions and the lower chances of rain. From mid-June to mid-September, winds begin to pick up and most of our Phinisi Schooners leave the region to cruise around Komodo Islands.
